The question regarding the dissonance lies with the consumer. Are you satisfied or dissatisfied with the luxurious model?

It all revolves around the decision of the customer and what they think about it. Through the use of hypothesis testing, Audi can assure new innovations for the upcoming line-ups of luxurious vehicles in performance. The model of learning from experience allows the consumer to experience the way that it feels. This way the sales percentage could easily sway into the salesperson's hand. In the following link, you can see that Audi promotes consumers to feel and experience an Audi with an expert driver.

The four factors that consumers respond to are motivation, knowledge/ability, processing bias, and lack of ambiguity of information. These four have significant parts in deciding if a consumer will be satisfied with the product or be dissatisfied. Audi has a top-dog strategy, where consumers know that this brand reassures and manages their faults in order to provide the best service.

The parts that do function will be scrapped and be sold as individual items for other Audi owners to purchase. There is also a website just designated for the means of purchasing Audi parts.
