The learning tactic Audi consumers have is reinforcement. Reinforcement comes from a consumer's satisfaction that the product has met their needs. Audi's new 2019 electric vehicle is designed to ensure day-to-day capabilities without affecting its performance. With Audi having features on their E-Tron products such as fast charging they are able to satisfy their consumers and reinforce that they will buy from their brand again creating brand loyalty. 

Simplifying Strategy


According to the article "Audi Owners Are Most Loyal, Renault Driver Most Likely To Switch" by Will Dron, 75% of car owners are dissatisfied with their brand of car. Audi's simplifying strategy is brand loyalty when the effort of its consumers is low. With their consumers having such a huge brand loyalty to them, they sit at the top of the table of Car Brands Loyal League Table. More than 50% of car owners are more likely to view another Audi product than to switch or even considering a different brand.
